Vacancy: Quality Manager
Expected Salary: from 20,000,000 UZS

Requirements:

• Higher education: degree in engineering (civil engineering, industrial and civil construction, architecture, etc.);
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in quality control within construction projects;
• Fluent command of Russian, Uzbek, and English (advanced level);
• Personal qualities: discipline, stress resistance, absence of harmful habits, energy, independence, responsibility;
• Experience in international projects is an advantage;
• Possession of quality management certificates will be considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the quality management system at the construction site;
• Development and implementation of quality control procedures;
• Review of project documentation, verification of working drawings and construction documents;
• Conducting inspections at the site and ensuring compliance with project requirements;
• Supervision of construction works;
• Verification of the quality of supplied materials and equipment;
• Communication with clients and stakeholders throughout all stages of the project;
• Preparation of regular progress reports;
• Development of inspection and testing plans for each type of work (concrete, earthworks, steel, roofing, etc.);
• Conducting on-site or laboratory tests.

• Employment in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• Work schedule: 6/1, 7-hour working day (Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, Sat 9:00–15:00);
