Vacancy title: Project Manager (Warehouse Construction)
Expected salary: From 25,000,000 UZS

Requirements:

• Education: Higher education, graduate of an engineering faculty (construction, industrial and civil engineering, architecture, etc.);
• At least 5 years of experience in the position of Project Manager;
• Fluency in Russian, Uzbek, and English (high level);
• Knowledge of software: AutoCAD (an advantage), MS Office and MS Project (professional level);
• Personal qualities: discipline, stress resistance, no bad habits, energy, independence, responsibility;
• Experience in international projects will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Project planning and organization;
• Management of project documentation, review of working drawings and construction documentation;
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with project requirements;
• Supervision of construction works;
• Maintaining communication with the client and other stakeholders at all stages of the project;
• Ensuring compliance with safety and labor protection requirements at the construction site;
• Organization of quality control of works and hidden works, commissioning of the facility;
• Preparation of regular progress reports;
• Handling business correspondence and approval of acts;
• Managing the procurement of construction materials;
• Organizing and leading project meetings.

• Work schedule: 6/1, 7-hour working day from 9:00 to 18:00 Mon–Fri, Sat from 9:00 to 15:00;
