Vacancy: Design Engineer (Chief Project Specialist)
Salary: Negotiable, discussed individually with each candidate

Requirements:

• Higher technical education in construction, architecture, or design;
• At least 5 years of experience in design engineering;
• Knowledge of design processes and procedures in accordance with regulatory documents;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Revit MEP, MS Office, and other design and calculation software for HVAC systems;
• In-depth knowledge in heat engineering, ventilation, and air conditioning;
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet project deadlines;
• Strong skills in working with technical documentation, standards, and regulations;
• Experience in collaborating with other project participants and delivering results on time;
• Fluency in Uzbek and Russian; knowledge of English is an advantage.

Personal qualities: responsibility, organizational skills, diligence, communication skills, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Development of design solutions for structural sections (KZh/KM) within the project team;
• Coordination of design engineers’ work, verification of drawings and calculations for compliance with standards and project requirements;
• Participation in the development of technical assignments, schedules, and technical solutions;
• Monitoring compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, and quality of documentation;
• Project support at all stages: from preliminary development to state expertise and author supervision;
• Contribution to the implementation of major facilities;
• Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of project documentation as part of the project team;
• Development of diagrams, technical drawings, sketches, and specifications in line with project requirements and industry standards using AutoCAD, Revit, and Revit MEP;
• Reviewing and analyzing architectural and structural drawings to determine coordination needs for system design;
• Collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions; providing technical support and guidance to project teams during design and construction stages;
• Participation in resolving technical issues across assigned projects, including client and contractor meetings to report progress and address challenges;
• Making sound decisions to optimize performance, efficiency, compliance with codes, system standards, and safety requirements;
• Ensuring quality of work, adherence to deadlines and volumes, and timely correction of project documentation remarks; monitoring proper system functionality.
