On 12 October 2026, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited New Tashkent and held a meeting with investors and entrepreneurs involved in major development projects across the new city. Babur Gulyamov, CEO of Beltera Holding, attended the meeting.

One of the key topics discussed was the creation of more favourable conditions for the implementation of investment projects. Infrastructure fees are set to be reduced threefold for retail, service and business centres, fivefold for hotels and tourism facilities, and tenfold for cultural and entertainment venues. For private kindergartens, schools and hospitals, the applicable fees will be set at 1%.

The announced measures also provide for streamlined approval procedures and accelerated construction and commissioning processes for distinctive architectural projects designed by leading international architects.

These developments are particularly significant for Beltera Holding, which is undertaking its own large-scale project in New Tashkent. The simplification of administrative procedures creates additional opportunities to deliver the project efficiently while remaining true to its architectural vision.
