Element Construction has developed a 9 600 m² warehouse project for Chortoq Mineral Water, designed for the storage of finished products and raw materials.

The project features a warehouse with a 24×12 m structural grid, a clear height of 12 m, and the use of fully precast reinforced concrete structures. This solution is considered unique within the Uzbek market and represents one of the project's key engineering achievements.

On 14 August 2026, the project successfully passed the State Expert Review. The design documentation, incorporating precast reinforced concrete structures with a 24 m span and 12 m height, became the first project of its kind in Uzbekistan to receive a positive expert conclusion. The solution required comprehensive engineering calculations and adaptation of the structural system to comply with the applicable construction codes and regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In addition to its technical innovation, the selected structural system offers significant economic benefits. According to the company's calculations, the use of precast reinforced concrete structures reduces the cost of the load-bearing frame by approximately 25–30% compared to an equivalent steel structure solution.

The project was developed for a site exceeding 15 000 m². The scope of work included architectural and structural design, engineering systems, master planning, and landscaping of the surrounding area.

Following the issuance of the construction permit on 18 August 2026, Element Construction mobilized to the site and commenced construction works on 19 August.

The project demonstrates the company's capability to introduce advanced engineering solutions to Uzbekistan's industrial construction sector and to deliver technically complex projects on a full-cycle basis, from design through construction.
