A new company, Element Construction, has been established within the Beltera Holding Group of Companies.

Beltera Holding is pleased to announce the launch of Element Construction, a new company officially registered on February 9, 2026.

The establishment of Element Construction marks another significant milestone in the strategic development of the Holding and reflects its continued expansion within the construction sector. The company has been established to deliver full-cycle construction projects, covering all stages from planning and engineering preparation to construction execution and project commissioning.

The launch of this new business unit will strengthen Beltera Holding’s market position, broaden its professional capabilities, and enable the Group to provide clients with comprehensive construction solutions.
