ALL-P Group completes concrete flooring works at Pepsi Uzbekistan plant in Tashkent

The site was divided into three zones with varying load requirements (from warehouse areas to heavy-duty zones up to 60 tons). For each, we engineered tailored solutions that reduced timelines and project costs without compromising quality.

Project scale:

1. Heavy-load zone up to 60 t – 1,944 m², thickness 260 mm.
2. Medium-load zone up to 10 t – 12,576 m², thickness 250 mm.
3. Warehouse (5–8 t) – 3,600 m², thickness 200 mm.

Innovative solutions: instead of a traditional lean concrete sub-base, a profiled membrane was applied, resulting in significant time and cost savings. Works were executed using Laser Screed and Spreader, ensuring perfect leveling accuracy and uniform topping distribution – a key requirement for A+ class facilities.

The use of permanent formwork provided flawless joint geometry and improved surface reliability.

As a result, the plant received a durable, strong, and safe flooring system designed for the uninterrupted operation of modern production.
