Warranty is not a formality

The warranty is secured in the contract, which is why we always emphasize the importance of official cooperation. Cash payments “off the record” or working with cheaper crews usually mean no warranty obligations. As a result, the flooring either quickly loses its performance characteristics, or the contractor refuses any responsibility.
We can confidently provide a long-term warranty because:
- we apply high-quality European materials;
- we use advanced equipment for concrete placement and finishing;
- we comply with standards such as SNiP, HACCP, DIN, EN, TR-34;
- we carry out concrete testing and soil compaction control before works begin (this service is always free for the client).
In addition, every year after project completion we conduct inspection visits to ensure that the flooring serves exactly as intended.
For us, a warranty is not just a contract clause – it is a symbol of engineering responsibility and proof of quality that withstands the test of time.
