New KPI rating system: Motivation and efficiency at a new level

Since January of this year, the company has begun piloting a new Key Performance Indicator (KPI) rating system. This innovative solution is designed to stimulate employee motivation and increase overall work productivity.

The KPI system allows evaluating the performance of each employee based on clearly defined and measurable indicators. These indicators include the quality of task execution, deadlines, and each employee's role in achieving the company's overall goals.

The pilot period of the KPI rating system lasted through the first quarter of this year. After just three months, we noticed significant improvements in the work of our employees. This confirms that the system effectively boosts motivation and productivity.

The KPI system is now being applied on a permanent basis. We are confident that the new system will significantly enhance employee motivation and become a key tool in achieving our company’s strategic goals.
