Lawyer

Requirements:
• Education level: Higher education;
• Work experience (preferably at least 1 year);
• Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian languages (both written and spoken);
• Knowledge of programs: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
• Personal qualities: discipline, stress resistance, absence of bad habits, energy, independence, responsibility.

Responsibilities:
• Developing drafts of legal documents (contracts, requests, claims, applications, and other small and non-complex documents) and submitting them to the manager for review and approval;
• Visiting government and judicial authorities to handle simple matters (submitting and collecting documents);
• Maintaining and organizing legal documentation;
• Developing drafts of internal regulations and policies;
• Analyzing legislative changes and preparing legal reports on relevant issues;
• Performing other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
